Raquel Vázquez-Morejón is a lecturer in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Seville. She holds a PhD in Psychology, and has completed various specialised training courses in Human Resources, at the Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EADA) in Barcelona, and at the University of Seville, where she completed the Official Master's Degree in Human Resources. She also has training in the area of Health Promotion, with a Master's Degree in Health Promotion and Psychosocial Support for Patients at the University of Seville.

She has worked in the area of Human Resources in both multinational organisations and SMEs, managing the Human Resources Strategic Development Department. At the same time, she has combined her work as a therapist and General Health Psychologist in her own counseling office.

Her research focuses on the field of Health Promotion and Quality of Life, as well as Occupational Health and Organisational Development. She has published her work in high impact journals such as International Journal of Psychology and Psychological Therapy, Psicothema, Anxiety and Stress, The Spanish Journal of Psychology, and Psychiatry Research.
