Doctor in Psychology (2000) and Master in Drug Dependence (1997), she is assistant professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Seville.

Her extensive background in Social Psychology applied to different contexts (family, education, and work) has provided her with the ability to make students from other degress outside Psychology understand the psychosocial contents with competence, nourished by brilliant examples. This same vocation is transferred to conferences, collaborations in the scientific direction of programmes in the Spanish broadcasting corporation (RTVE) and magazines. She is also an accredited lecturer by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to give classes in social and work-related competences to future professionals in the private security sector. 

Currently, together with Professor Garrido-Torres, she is preparing a Master's Degree at the University of Seville on Work with Young People and Technician of Youth, which has already been pre-approved.

In addition, she is a member of the Andalusian Sports Psychology Association (APDA) and is accredited as a "Sports Coach" by the federation in which she is involved.
